- is certified grades 7-12 Social Sciences
- teaches Aerospace education as an after-school class
- was teacher of the year in both middle school and high school,
Tennessee Lottery teacher of the week, received the Fulbright
Memorial Scholarship to study education in Japan summer of 2005,
Channel Ten 10 for the future grant winner, published lesson plans
for the East Tennessee Historical Society and articles in the "Oakdale
History Book" for Rural Challenge
